Job summary

State Farm Agency in Burleson, TX seeks an ambitious Sales Representative for a full-time role. No insurance experience required as we will train the right person; licensure support and exam reimbursement are provided. Great onboarding and ongoing training are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities include developing quotes, presenting to clients, closing sales, and building relationships. The base salary plus a competitive commission, plus a sign-on bonus for licensed or exam-passing

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain.
• Life & Health license required or ability to obtain.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.

Scott Custead - State Farm Agency, located in Burleson, TX has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Representative. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person. Must have or be willing to obtain proper insurance licensing.

Sign on bonus Licensed Insurance candidates or passing insurance exam! We also pay for all insurance licensing and training.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
• 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start
