Job summary

Sunseeker Property Service is seeking a Remote Sales and Office Representative to join a high-performing team. The role focuses on outbound sales with the flexibility of remote work, while providing customer service support as needed.

You will prospect, quote, and close opportunities, build relationships, and develop leads through internet leads, networking, and referrals. Training is provided, and a bonus structure complements a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls daily to assist clients and generate interest.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Detail oriented with good multitasking abilities and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source prospects.
• Prepare and present quotes to prospects.
• Close deals with clients.
• Primary focus on sales (about 85%), with approximately 15% on customer service.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Generate new insurance business by prospecting for clients through internet leads, networking, referrals, and hot prospects.
