Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Closer to join our fast-growing team. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close high-ticket roofing, siding, windows, and doors installations.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in Cherry Hill, NJ, with competitive six-figure earning potential and uncapped commissions/bonuses. You will receive ongoing sales training and career growth opportunities as part of a top-ranked remodeling company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience not required but preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Drive times 30–90 minutes from home.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Weekend availability: 6 days/week.

• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
