Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals to join its rapidly growing team. As a full-time Outside Sales Representative, you will meet 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver in-home presentations, recommend roofing and exterior improvements, and close high-ticket sales.

This role offers uncapped commissions and bonuses with no earning cap, a hybrid schedule in Cherry Hill, NJ, and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle are required (Drive times 3090 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
