Lithia & Driveway's Anaheim Hyundai in Anaheim is seeking Sales Representatives. You will present vehicle models, trim options and financing plans, and work to build strong customer relationships.

We offer a commission-based pay structure with an estimated annual earnings range of $48,200 to $158,700, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Open availability and ongoing training support your career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Hyundai or Kia brands.
• Able to communicate with customers in person, by phone and digitally.
• Proficient with computer systems and office software.
• Self-motivated with goal setting.
• Good driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options and service programs available.
• Complete follow ups and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store management system(s).
• Keep up to date with Hyundai products, features and accessories; attend training courses.
• Report to the General Sales Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

Business Hours: Monday - Saturday 8:30am-9pm; Sunday: 10am-7pm

What You'll Do

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up's and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date with Hyundai products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• You'll report to the General Sales Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience with Hyundai or Kia brands
• Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels
• Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 .

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
