Lithia & Driveway is seeking a sales professional for Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys, CA. You will guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing journey from start to finish, building lasting relationships through exceptional service and proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities include live presentations, demos, test drives, prompt responses to inquiries, and aiming to exceed sales and satisfaction targets. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience required across any industry.
• Obtain and maintain any required salesperson license (if applicable).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license for your state of residence.

• Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually.
• Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.
• Department Hours : Mon-Sat: 8:30am-9pm and Sun: 9am-9pm

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
