Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in self-funded plan proposals to generate accurate quotes for self-insured health plans.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Stop-Loss and TPA quoting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Learn BRMS services and solutions from carriers, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for underwriting files; gather and summarize data.
• Coordinate project activities, establish timetables and status updates to meet deadlines.
• Organize meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Attend broker and client meetings and networking events as needed.
• Develop and implement new products with current clients to drive growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Support Sales in inquiries, RFPs, and lead follow-ups; maintain Salesforce pipeline.
