On Site Companies is seeking a detail-oriented data professional to support the Director of Sales. You will build Excel reports, manage Salesforce data, and create dashboards to improve visibility and accountability across sales segments.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and research without direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, 1–3 years in related roles, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, lookups and filtering.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports in Excel using pivot tables and lookups.
• Manage data integrity and workflows in Salesforce.
• Pull, clean, and organize data into clear, readable formats for leadership.
• Create dashboards and spreadsheets that improve visibility and accountability.
• Conduct research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
