Sales Rep - Part Time - Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, but performance-based incentives are possible. Previous experience isn't necessary; we provide all the training needed for success.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $22.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a commission structure available based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training people to succeed. Even if someone doesn't stay long-term, the sales, networking, and communication skills gained are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in our office, but sales work is primarily from home and locally after training.
