Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but performance incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), or a commission structure based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained, such as sales, networking, and communication, are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, and some earn extra income around other commitments. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
