What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an additional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is assured even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. Skills gained, such as sales, networking, and communication, are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue various career paths including management and professional sales roles.

Work Schedule

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Contact the manager about our summer work program. Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
