About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to connect with qualified candidates interested in our life insurance products, focusing on client interactions.
2. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, explaining options to aid informed decisions.
3. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting product benefits and tailoring messages to client concerns.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing support and follow-ups.
5. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products.
6. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
7. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we will assist).

Compensation:

• Based on current market averages.
• Bonuses paid monthly on the 15th, performance-based.
• Residuals paid on client sale anniversaries.
