We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and drive the growth of our life insurance products. As a key member of our sales force, you will build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role allows you to work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and achieve your sales targets in a supportive environment.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to target qualified candidates interested in our life insurance products, enabling you to focus more on client interactions.
  2. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, explaining options to help them make informed decisions.
  3. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting product benefits and addressing client concerns.
  4. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively.
  6. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
