Job summary

ICM Solutions in Murray, UT is seeking a Sales & Rent Support Specialist to create, manage, and track sales and rental quotes, proposals, and customer-facing documentation, acting as the administrative backbone of the sales process.

The role supports revenue growth by coordinating with Sales Representatives and Fleet personnel, developing professional customer proposals, and maintaining presentation materials. On-site Monday–Friday with strong PowerPoint/Excel skills and CRM/ERP experience.

Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2+ years of experience in sales support, proposal development, customer service, rental operations, or administrative support.
Experience supporting sales teams in equipment, construction, industrial, transportation, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain sales and rental quotations for equipment and related products.
Review costs, margins, and profitability to ensure proposals align with company objectives.
Coordinate with Sales Representatives, Coordinators, and Fleet personnel to confirm equipment availability and delivery timelines.
Develop professional customer proposals and PowerPoint presentations for meetings and bids.
Maintain CRM/ERP data and generate sales activity reports for leadership.
