Job summary

Colonial Life in Jackson, MS is seeking a contract Assistant Sales Manager to build and lead a growing voluntary benefits sales team, recruit and train new representatives, and drive broker-enabled growth across businesses in the community.

In this onsite role you will coach reps, develop market strategy, and earn recognition based on performance as you expand accounts and deepen relationships with brokers and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and management experience, with voluntary benefits management experience preferred.
• A desire to lead and motivate a team.
• Insurance licensing preferred, but not required for application. If selected, Colonial Life will share the steps needed to become licensed and appointed with the company.
