Mercury is seeking a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for Account Executives, SDRs, and related roles. You will partner with hiring managers, run end-to-end searches, and help scale the sales organization across US-based and remote teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, incl. 1 year in-house, preferably sales roles
• Strong organization and detail orientation with multiple searches
• Strong sourcing and compelling outreach abilities
• Ability to use data (pass-through rates, time-to-hire) to optimize searches
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and providing feedback
• Experience managing searches end to end and knowing when to ask for help
• Comfort with ambiguity and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Account Executive, Sales Development, Relationship Manager, and Account Development roles from sourcing to close
• Run kickoff and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define strong candidates
• Identify and engage candidates via sourcing and inbound channels using funnel data
• Communicate pipeline health, progress, blockers, and timeline with stakeholders
• Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing our mission, culture, and what it's like to join
• Spot opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and documentation
• Manage offers and closing for your searches
