Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Sales Recruiter in our Pennsylvania office to help drive rapid expansion. You will directly contribute to our growth by attracting and engaging top sales talent and partnering with department leadership for hiring strategy and mentorship.

You will collaborate with a team of recruiters to fill national sales roles, manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines, and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates while tracking calls,

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in office full time.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.
