• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Track calls, interviews and placements in a metrics-driven environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.
