Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Sales Recruiter to accelerate talent acquisition for its national sales teams. You’ll partner with department leaders, drive headcount growth, and shape the recruitment strategy to support rapid expansion.

• Operate in a metrics-driven environment tracking calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with candidates to align with job requirements.
