Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Sales Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for a rapidly expanding sales organization. You will work with department leaders, help attract and engage top candidates, and contribute to Power's growth strategy.

In this full-time on-site role in West Chester, PA, you will join a team of recruiters, track metrics, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and participate in comprehensive training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the office full time.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction with strong relationship skills.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication; strong follow-up.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
• Openness to guidance and mentorship; growth focus.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring.
• Multi-task effectively and manage various tasks.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines amid changing priorities.
• Operate in a metrics-driven environment tracking calls, interviews, placements.
• Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth hiring.
• Build relationships with candidates to align with job requirements.
