The role requires 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in sales recruitment preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS like Workday and Phenom is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices (wage and hour, labor law).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to screening, interview, and offer.
• Actively pursue top sales talent through a variety of methods, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and events.
• Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and Indeed to attract candidates.
• Meet monthly sales recruitment hiring goals and communicate promptly with team and candidates.
