• Screening and interviewing candidates: Evaluate candidates\' qualifications through phone screens, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments.


• Building relationships with candidates: Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.


• Negotiating offers: Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, sales, marketing, scientific discipline, or related field.
