Job summary

Golden Technology is seeking an Executive Recruiter who can identify top sales leaders across multiple markets in the United States. You will own the full cycle from sourcing to presenting final candidates, focusing on differentiating great salespeople from great sales leaders and engaging passive talent.

You will lead searches for District Sales Manager and Zone Manager roles nationwide, building pipelines, decoding local talent landscapes, and partnering with senior hiring leaders to move

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting sales professionals and sales leadership.
• Track record placing people-leader roles (District/Zone Manager or similar).
• Deep understanding of outside/field sales teams and what makes them succeed.
• Confidence engaging passive, experienced candidates who aren't actively looking.
• Comfort managing multiple searches and pivoting fast.
• Bonus: HCM, payroll, or B2B tech sales recruiting experience.
