Job summary

BD is seeking a Sales Training and Development Manager to design and deliver sales education programs across the Advanced Diagnostics portfolio. You will partner with sales leadership, marketing and product management to build a structured curriculum and measure impact.

Travel up to 70% to support field teams and launches in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in professional training and 3+ years in medical sales, plus a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional training experience, including field sales training and training management, with stakeholder influence.
• 3+ years of medical sales experience; diagnostic microbiology and molecular lab equipment experience preferred.
• 5+ years of successful professional development experience with demonstrable results.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding product training programs and curricula.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Marketing and Product Management for new product launches.
• Travel with sales teams to coach and elevate performance.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and field feedback.
• Develop structured curricula aligned to annual business plans; track learning outcomes.
