Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a capable Training Specialist to plan and drive program delivery across hospital and partner networks. You will maintain records (Salesforce), develop training plans for Bard Medical products, and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve program impact.

A RN license and 3+ years patient care experience are preferred. This role requires collaboration with hospital leadership and sales teams to ensure effective program execution and budget

Qualifications

• College graduate; RN license required.
• 3+ years patient care; ICU/CCU/ED leadership a plus.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Able to work in a sales environment with sales team.

Responsibilities

• Plan the delivery of overall programs and activities aligned with Bard Medical goals.
• Carry out new initiatives supporting the organization's strategic direction.
• Apply evaluation framework to assess program strengths and areas to improve.
• Maintain forms and records (Salesforce) documenting activities.
• Oversee collection and maintenance of program records for statistics.
• Coordinate with partners to gain support and input for program improvements.
• Liaise with hospital leadership for effective program delivery.
• Develop product training plans including hospital team members.
• Coordinate service delivery across program activities for efficiency.
• Monitor activities; conduct annual AIM framework assessments.
• Maintain personal travel budget within Training Specialist budget.
• Maintain ICC budget.
