MERRICK Industries, Inc. is seeking a Proposals Administrator-Sales in Lynn Haven, FL. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and involves preparing quotations for products and equipment, coordinating with internal teams, and following up on proposals to support sales objectives.

The position emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and the ability to learn our product line. Occasional travel to trade shows or customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn the company product line and applications to prepare proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes quotations for products and equipment in response to inquiries from customers, engineers, and sales agents.
• Follows up on open proposals and assists in negotiating and closing sales orders.
• Coordinates with Projects Team, Engineering, Finance, RandD, Manufacturing, Customer Support to finalize quotes and releases.
• Reviews customer purchase orders and contracts for commercial requirements; assists in resolving issues.
