Job summary

Maxair Mechanical is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the commercial sales team at the Marietta location. The role focuses on quote development, proposal preparation, pricing, and administrative coordination to keep opportunities moving efficiently through the sales process.

The position reports to the VP of Commercial Sales and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Office-based role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and customer service abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives with quote data entry and quote development.
• Prepare, update, format, and organize proposals, pricing sheets, and supporting documentation.
• Perform sales support activities and complete special projects as assigned.
• Assist with data entry of capital expenditure plans under the guidance of Account Managers.
• Maintain organized administrative records.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, agreement, and opportunity information in company systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales administration, data accuracy, responsiveness, and workflow consistency.
