Job summary

TECHEAD is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Client Services team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves assisting with proposals, contracts, and customer communications, while coordinating between Sales, Legal, Operations and Finance to ensure accurate data and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, 2 years in a sales environment, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to manage customer relationships and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 2 years of experience in a Sales team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software (One Drive, Google Docs).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Client Services in all stages of the sales cycle and manage client data flows.
• Build professional relationships with primary points of contact for each customer.
• Familiarize with the operational aspects of customers’ enterprises.
• Use CRM system for data entry, billing notifications, leads, assignments and status reporting.
• Prepare customer quotes, project entries in CRM, and close out entries with status updates.
