Job summary

TRITECH Communications Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in the United States to organize sales activities from initial contact through project handoff. You will prepare proposals, track RFPs, maintain CRM records, and coordinate between Sales, Estimating, and clients.

Responsibilities include inside sales, lead qualification, and supporting events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives as needed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, inside sales, or related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating and supporting sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other customer-facing documents for design and estimating teams.
• Track RFPs and maintain bid calendars to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Estimating, and clients.
• Make changes to client contracts based on manager guidance.
• Call clients and channel partners to request information pertaining to bids.
• Perform inside sales activities, including lead qualification and follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships.
