Job summary

Kenworth Truck Company seeks a Sales Promotions Manager to develop and manage sales promotions while providing timely reporting and analytics to leadership. You will generate profitability reports, deliver ad hoc analyses, and support the Kenworth Sales team, serving as a backup to the Sales Planning Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong SQL, MS Access, SQL Server, and Tableau skills for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years applicable experience required.
• Proficiency in writing and managing SQL queries within MS Access, SQL Server, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales programs and promotions aligned with organizational goals.
• Perform margin analyses to forecast profitability.
• Streamline reporting and reporting processes.
• Create and maintain sales codes for vendor commitments and promotions.
• Maintain sales promotion bulletins and general sales announcements on SharePoint.
• Respond to Sr. Management requests for ad hoc information and analysis.
• Back up the Sales Planning Manager as needed.
