Job summary

Kenworth Truck Co. in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Program Management Analyst (PMO Analyst) to support heavy truck development programs with data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Program Managers and Engineering Leaders to drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality efficiency. The role requires 5+ years of experience in PMO functions, proficiency in Microsoft tools and data visualization, and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting project management or PMO functions, preferably with PACCAR or in automotive/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Excel, Project, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Tableau, OnePlan.
• Strong analytical skills with data mining, metric development, and trend analysis for engineering and manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Document best practices, procedures, and training for Program Managers on heavy truck projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Microsoft tools or Tableau that track program progress and metrics.
• Support scheduling, budget reconciliation, and scope tracking from project inception to closure.
• Analyze project data to improve scope, schedule, budget, and tollgate management through data mining and trend analysis.
• Oversee and coordinate tool upgrades and system integrations relevant to manufacturing and engineering workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in analytics, records retention, and SharePoint management in heavy manufacturing contexts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance project visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Support PMO governance and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
