Job summary

PACCAR's Kenworth Division seeks a Program Management Analyst in Kirkland, WA to support heavy truck development programs with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You will collaborate with Program Managers and Engineering Leaders to drive efficiency in scope, schedule, budget, and quality through actionable insights.

The role requires 5+ years in program management or PMO functions, a bachelor's degree, and strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting project management or PMO functions, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Document best practices and training materials for Program Managers.
• Design and maintain interactive reports and dashboards tracking program progress.
• Support PMs with schedule refinement, budget reconciliation, and scope tracking from inception to closure.
• Analyze project data to improve scope, schedule, budget, and tollgate management.
• Coordinate tool upgrades and system integrations for manufacturing and engineering workflows.
