Job summary

PACCAR’s Kenworth Division is seeking a motivated Program Management Analyst to join the PMO team in Kirkland, WA. The role supports heavy truck development programs through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with Program Managers and Engineering Leaders to drive efficiency in scope, schedule, budget, and quality, using interactive dashboards and standardized reporting across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting project management or PMO functions.
• Experience with data mining, metric development, and trend analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, Project, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and document management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Document best practices, procedures, and training for Program Managers.
• Design and maintain interactive reports and dashboards tracking program progress.
• Support schedule refinement, budget reconciliation, and scope tracking from inception to closure.
• Analyze project data to improve scope, schedule, budget, and tollgate management.
• Coordinate tool upgrades and system integrations for manufacturing and engineering workflows.
• Act as SME in analytics, process improvement, and records management within heavy manufacturing.
