Job summary

FASTSIGNS #62601 in the Bay Area, CA, seeks a highly organized Sales & Project Coordinator to partner with the Account Management team. You will own critical administrative, estimating, and project-processing workflows to move projects from site survey to final delivery.

Key responsibilities include surveying, quoting, design file handling in Illustrator, and coordinating vendors and scheduling while keeping Bay Area traffic realities in mind.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication via phone and email with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and able to learn proprietary software quickly.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for design file handling is required.
• Self-starter able to identify bottlenecks and solve problems independently.
• Willingness to learn industry terminology and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Survey & Project Processing: organize site survey notes, photos, and measurements for quoting.
• Estimating & System Support: draft estimates, enter items, assist with quotes in CoreBridge POS.
• Design & File Support: use Adobe Illustrator to scale and review files for design team.
• Standards & Compliance: learn client sign standards for major accounts for consistency.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: request pricing and coordinate communications.
• Scheduling & Logistics: manage calendar, schedule surveys, and plan around Bay Area traffic.
• Project Tracking: maintain task lists, push projects through pipeline.
