Job summary

Silvercomm Connect Professionals LLC is seeking a driven Sales & Project Manager to own client relationships and project execution in Narvon, PA. This role demands closing deals and delivering projects on time in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive new business development, manage the full sales cycle from contact to close, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and report on pipeline and milestones while pursuing opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

5+ years preferred in a combined sales and project management role.
Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development through prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to align resources and meet project milestones
Track and report on sales pipeline, project status, and key performance metrics
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
