Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to align resources and meet milestones.
• Track and report on sales pipeline, project status, and KPIs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
