You will recruit and coach sales reps, manage pipeline and forecasts, and work with local businesses to sell digital marketing and insurance solutions.

About The Opportunity

TNR Business Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing agencyand insurance services firm helping local businesses acrossWestmoreland County and surrounding areas generate more leads andcustomers through high-converting websites, local SEO, GoogleBusiness Profiles, social media management, and business insurancesolutions.

We are expanding our sales engine and looking for an experienced,results-driven Sales Manager to step in, driverevenue growth, and lead team expansion. This is a pure 1099commission-only position where earnings are directly tied to yourperformance, team building, and leadership results—with significantuncapped upside.

Core Responsibilities

• Sales System Leadership: Create, document, andrefine a high-converting, repeatable sales process.
• Personal Sales Execution: Lead by example byprospecting, pitching, and closing new digital marketing andinsurance accounts at a high level.
• Team Recruiting & Coaching: Recruit, onboard,train, and hold sales representatives accountable to weeklyactivity and quota targets.
• Pipeline & Revenue Management: Buildconsistent CRM tracking systems for pipeline management, follow-updiscipline, and weekly forecast accuracy.
• MRR Growth: Work directly with owner Roy Turnerto scale monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through personal dealsand team performance.

Earnings are performance-based with strong recurring residualstreams:

• Personal Sales Commission: 30% of the firstmonth’s revenue on every new client account you personallyclose.
• Monthly Recurring Residuals: 10% lifetimemonthly residual on the recurring retainer revenue for as longas the client remains with TNR.
• Team Override: 5% override on all gross revenuegenerated by sales representatives you hire and manage.
• Performance & Growth Milestone Bonuses:
  • $500 Bonus: For implementing a fullydocumented sales playbook within 60 days.
  • $750 Bonus: For hiring and onboarding yourfirst two sales reps who each close at least one deal.
  • $1,250 Bonus: When your sales team(including your personal volume) reaches $15,000 in new MRRin a single month.
  • $2,500 Bonus: When your sales team reaches$25,000 in new MRR in a single month.
