To support our continued growth in the United States, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales & Project Manager ready to start in Belgium and then build their career with ShowTex USA.

YOUR MISSION?

You’ll start at our headquarters in Belgium with an intensive 6- to 12-month training program. You’ll get to know our products, applications, customers and internal processes inside out, developing into a product and project specialist along the way.

You’ll work closely with our Belgian sales, production, logistics and technical teams, gaining hands‑on experience managing projects from the first customer contact through to delivery.

At the same time, you’ll build strong relationships with our US colleagues and gradually become more involved in the American market.

Once you’ve successfully completed your training, you’ll relocate to the United States and continue your commercial career with ShowTex USA.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This is a varied role combining business development, sales and project management.

• Seek out new customers and build lasting relationships with theatres, event companies, museums, theme parks, architects, designers and other professionals in the entertainment and events industry.
• Follow developments in the US market, identify new opportunities and turn them into concrete projects and partnerships, helping strengthen ShowTex’s commercial presence.
• Manage projects from the initial inquiry and quotation through to delivery, coordinating closely with customers and our production, logistics, installation and engineering teams.
• Visit project sites, take measurements, attend project meetings and, when needed, support installations and events on‑site.
  Advise customers on creative and technically feasible solutions and keep a close eye on quotations, orders and ongoing projects.
• Represent ShowTex at trade shows, networking events and other commercial activities.
• Keep customer and project information up to date in our CRM and ERP systems and contribute to forecasting and reporting.

• You have an affinity for theatre, events or entertainment and are curious about the technical world behind the scenes.
• You’re ready for an international challenge: spending your first 6 to 12 months working and learning in Belgium before relocating to the United States to help grow ShowTex USA.
