Job summary

ShowTex and The Reveal Company seek a Technical Coordinator based in Las Vegas to own reveal inventory, support on-site installations nationwide, and ensure readiness of all systems. The role blends warehouse work with travel to client sites, demanding hands-on technical skill and organization.

You will collaborate with project management, sales, and engineering to keep equipment primed for projects and deliveries, while upholding safety and quality standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with hands-on work.
• Experience with stage technology, automation, rigging, AV, or live events is a strong advantage.
• Organised and takes ownership of tools, equipment, and processes.
• Comfortable working both in a warehouse and on live show sites.
• Willing and able to travel across the US for installations.
• Works safely, accurately, and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain The Reveal Company inventory in the Nashville warehouse.
• Ensure all reveal systems are stored, inspected, serviced, and ready for use.
• Prepare projects in the warehouse: pre-assembly, configuration, functional testing.
• Pack and prepare equipment for shipment to job sites.
• Support and execute on-site installations and de-installations across the US (5–7 days per month).
• Perform technical testing and troubleshooting on location.
• Work hands-on with HiSpeed Reveal, AutoReveal, Kabuki reveal, and custom reveal solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project management, sales, and engineering teams.

As Technical Coordinator, you are the technical backbone of The Reveal Company in the US. You will be based in our Las Vegas warehouse and take full responsibility for our reveal inventory, while also supporting on‑site installations across the country.

• You are willing and able to travel across the US for installations
• You work safely, accurately, and independently
