Job summary

ShowTex invites a motivated candidate to join The Reveal Company as a J-1 Technical Coordinator Trainee in our Las Vegas warehouse. You will support inventory, prepare and test reveal systems, and assist on-site installations across the United States.

You will travel 5–7 days per month, work hands-on with a range of reveal products, and collaborate closely with project management, sales, and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge experiences for live events.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with hands-on preference.
• Experience with stage technology, automation, rigging, AV, or live events is a strong plus.
• Organised and takes ownership of tools, equipment and processes.
• Comfortable working both in a warehouse and on live show sites.
• Willing and able to travel across the US for installations.
• Work safely, accurately and independently.
• Enjoy being part of a growing team and building something new.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory in the Las Vegas warehouse.
• Ensure reveal systems are stored, inspected, serviced and ready for use.
• Prepare projects in the warehouse: pre-assembly, configuration, testing.
• Pack and prepare equipment for shipment to job sites.
• Support and execute on-site installations and de-installations across the US (5–7 days/month).
• Perform technical testing and troubleshooting on location.
• Work hands-on with HiSpeed Reveal, AutoReveal, Kabuki, and custom reveal systems.
• Collaborate with project management, sales, and engineering teams.

As a J-1 Technical Coordinator Trainee, you are the technical backbone of ShowTex and The Reveal Company in the US. You will be based in our Las Vegas warehouse and maintain our textile and reveal inventory, while also supporting on-site installations across the country.

Your responsibilities include

• Managing and maintaining the inventory of The Reveal Company in our Las Vegas warehouse
• Ensuring all reveal systems are properly stored, inspected, serviced, and ready for use
• Preparing projects in the warehouse:
  • Pre-assembly
  • Configuration
  • Functional testing
• Packing and preparing equipment for shipment to job sites
• Supporting and executing on-site installations and de-installations across the US (a minimum of 5–7 days per month)
• Performing technical testing and troubleshooting on location
• Working hands-on with our reveal products, including:
  • HiSpeed Reveal
  • AutoReveal systems
  • Kabuki reveal systems
  • Custom reveal solutions
• Collaborating closely with project management, sales, and engineering teams
