We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented J-1 Intern to join our Finance & Accounting team. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in financial operations and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, global organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES

• Assist in the development and implementation of financial reporting systems and tools
• Assist in day‑to‑day accounting tasks
• Develop and maintain financial models to support accurate forecasting and budgeting processes
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data and support informed decision‑making processes
• Assist in managing the company’s cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring liquidity.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial plans
• Support the preparation and review of financial transactions and journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

• Capable of accurate administrative work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

We are looking for motivated candidates who are available for a period of at least 6 months or longer.
