Job summary

Gexpro Services in Houston seeks a Project Manager - Sales to manage customer accounts, process orders, quotes, and coordinate with buyers and suppliers to maximize fill rates and on-time delivery.

You will handle RFQs, pricing, and open order reports, while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• At least 2 years inside sales or related experience in industrial distribution, supply chain management, or sales.
• Ability to source products, quote customers, process transactions, and monitor fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer account management including order entry, inquiries, pricing, and sourcing.
• Handle tactical inquiries: PO status, pricing, delivery terms, and shipment confirmations.
• Prepare quotes/ RFQs; research and source with follow-up through purchasing cycle.
