Job summary

Reeb Millwork Southeast LLC is seeking a Sales Project Estimator to support pricing, quoting and order entry for customer projects, coordinating with vendors to ensure pricing accuracy, timely delivery, and exceptional service for our clients.

You will communicate with customers about logistics, resolve pricing disputes, maintain strong vendor relationships, enter project orders, and contribute to the bidding process with attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Six months to one year related experience.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use a calculator.
• Able to communicate effectively and articulate clearly.
• Willing to study company and vendor catalogs for product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Confer with vendors to acquire pricing for volume or special orders.
• Keep records of customer and vendor interactions and quotes.
• Enter project orders into the ordering system and proofread for accuracy.
• Complete project quoting.
• Arrange and ensure logistics of product delivery and address customer concerns.
• Communicate with customers on order logistics.
• Resolve pricing disputes by researching order history.
