Job summary

Reece USA is looking for an Associate Estimator to join our growing team. You will work closely with Inside/Outside Sales, perform take-offs in Eclipse, and prepare detailed Bills of Materials with concise quotations for customers.

You will track projects, manage addendums, develop relationships with key customers, and support multiple branches as part of a regional team. A high school diploma is required and prior estimating experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to determine quotations and handoff documents.
• Enter take-offs in Eclipse and support multiple branches.
• Generate bids under direction from the OSR without pricing involvement.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (Piping/Valves/Fittings) with concise quotations.
• Manage addendums and communicate with sales and customers.
• Track projects for the Bid Calendar/Frontlog.
• Develop relationships with key customers.
