Job summary

EnviroServe is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Ohio to assist the National Sales team and Project Managers with planning, organizing, and directing project completion. You will interact with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain information and guidance, and monitor resources for cost estimates prior to invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries for information and documents related to upcoming or completed jobs
• Obtain quotes and pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist with the preparation of reports for completed projects
• Maintain and update information within company’s project database program
• Format and proofread documents
• Utilize on-line or written sources to compile reports for sales and operational purposes
• Look up information online such as Material Safety Data Sheets, federal and state laws and regulations, and addresses and contact info
• Fill-out waste profiles and other paperwork related to hazardous waste disposal
• Assist with data-entry for cost monitoring and invoicing of on-going projects
• Be a hub of communication between the sales manager and field employees, our customers, and operations.
