Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 7+ years of project coordination or similar experience in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administrative support and correspondence.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and records.
• Assist with proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates.
• Support public involvement, meetings, and outreach activities.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality.
