Job summary

EnviroServe is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead environmental projects from planning through closeout. You will oversee on-site performance, coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and regulators, and serve as the primary contact for project teams.

Responsibilities include safety-driven leadership, PPE guidance, documentation, and proactive project issue resolution to ensure timely, within-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Environmental Field or Industrial Services.
• 8+ years of Supervisory experience.
• Pass a Pre-Employment DOT Physical, Drug Screen and Alcohol testing.
• Pass a Pre-Employment Background Screening.
• Pass the Company's Auto Insurance Qualifiers.
• HazWoper 40-hour training required.
• Ability to obtain TWIC and 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate medium to complex environmental projects.
• Lead and mentor project personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as main client and regulatory liaison; manage subcontractor and team communications.
• Ensure safety rules and PPE requirements are strictly followed.
• Prepare project reports, logs, and regulatory documentation.
• Attend site walks and assist in quotes and field activity prep.
• Support delivery with strong customer service and incident management.
