Job summary

Munters is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to join the Data Center Projects Team in Selma, TX. The role covers coordinating and completing projects, supporting customer visits, documentation transmittals, and progress updates while ensuring deadlines are met.

You will assist with invoicing, contracts, and cross-department collaboration, help prepare reports, and support sales and marketing efforts for Data Center initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in business or similar field is desired
• 2-3 years experience in sales, business, marketing, or business administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong background in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in PowerPoint and Adobe Professional
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete assigned projects from administrative to sales-support tasks
• Support Data Center Projects Team with customer visits, docs, and updates
• Monitor deadlines, team assignments, and project progress
• Prepare management reports on project status
• Assist with invoicing, contracts, and documentation for customers
• Attend customer calls/meetings and relay information to project managers
• Develop reports to forecast service revenue and track progress
