Job summary

Fairfield Automotive Partners is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional in Fairfield, CA. You will build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and present vehicle options with confidence while promoting protection plans and financing options.

You’ll engage customers across the sales process, utilizing CRM to manage leads and appointments. A high school diploma, CA sales license, and valid driver’s license are required, with weekend hours expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean MVR.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Must hold a current State sales license or obtain within 30 days in CA.
• Pre-employment background, MVR check and drug test required.
• Willing to work retail hours including Saturdays/holidays.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales is preferred.
• Competitive drive and customer-care mindset.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM, and automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Explain vehicle technology, features, and accessories to customers.
• Identify needs and present suitable vehicle options within budget.
• Promote vehicle protection plans (GAP, service, dent, windshield).
• Lead the sales finance process and coordinate financing options.
• Collaborate with Finance to determine financing based on credit and trade-ins.
• Utilize CRM to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to internet leads.

The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.*
