RideNow Powersports in Washington is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join a high-energy team. You’ll help customers select the right ride, deliver outstanding service, and close sales from product choice to delivery, while learning the latest powersports trends.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn. Prior retail or dealership sales is preferred; weekend availability is important for peak sales periods.

What We Offer:

At RideNow Powersports , we offer a competitive benefits package designed to support you and your family:

• Compensation: Training pay is $20.00/hour during the initial 30-day training period. Following training, compensation transitions to a 100% commission-based structure, with employees receiving total earned commissions OR guaranteed hourly training pay ($20.00/hour), whichever is higher per pay period.
  • 1 – 5 units: 10% of Front End GP
  • 5.5 – 10 units: 12.5% of Front End GP
  • 10.5+ units: 15% of Front End GP
  • Units under 365 days old: $50
  • Units 365+ days old: $100
  • 20 units/month: $250
  • 30 units/month: $500
  • 40 units/month: $750

• Paid Time Off & Holidays: Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of 0.0385 hours per hour worked (approximately 1.54 hours per weekly pay period, totaling 80 hours / 10 days annually for full-time staff). PTO can be used for vacation, personal time, and illness. This policy meets or exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Paid Sick Leave Law. In addition, the company provides 3 paid holidays per year.

Role Requirements & Compliance

• Driver’s License & Endorsement: Valid driver’s license with a Motorcycle (M) endorsement and a clean driving record required as test-riding and moving inventory are essential functions of this position, subject to ongoing MVR checks. Applicants that do not obtain an Motorcycle (M) endorsement will be considered.
• Background Screening & Drug Policy: We maintain a drug-free workplace. In compliance with Washington law ( RCW 49.44.240 ), pre-employment drug screening covers controlled substances other than cannabis and does not test for or discriminate based on off-duty cannabis use prior to employment.
